If your Ajarvision.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase . To return an item, it must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item by mail following the steps below:

1. Email us at support@ajarvision.com, explaining the reasons of your return. Provide us with clear pictures of the item, your full name and address, and a copy of your receipt.

2. Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email. 

3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package.

4. Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location. 

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
